Terms of Service
GENERAL
By paying, you are agreeing to the terms.Multiple characters are not discounted. 2 characters 2x price, 3 characters 3x prices, etc.,Please provide as many or as few details as you like. Less details will result in more artistic freedom.A visual reference of the character is required for every service. For character design commissions, visual references can include mood boards, Pinterest boards, Picrew, and rough doodles. I personally do not mind if you provide AI generated references.PAYMENTS
If the artist accept the commission- The commission must be paid in full before it will be started. Partial payment may be negotiated, but it is not guaranteed.
The only time a full refund will be offered is if I decline the job after payment has been made.REVISIONS
Includes one major revision during the sketch phase Once the sketch is done and approved, major revisions will come at an extra costMinor revisions (color changes, expression changes, minor elements tweaks) will be analyzed on a per-case basis, but are generally ok, within reasonDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Delivered 3-8 weeks. 60€ Rush fee if you impose a deadline of less than 3 weeks.COMMERCIAL USE
For commercial use rights, fees will apply:
1.5x multiplier for content creation assets. Example: art on monetized platforms (YouTube, Twitch)2x multiplier for when the art is not the bulk of the product. Example: Album art, package art for merchandise not related to commissioned artwork, promotional artwork.3x multiplier for when the art is the bulk or main focus of the product. Example: merchandise related to commissioned artwork (clothing, charms, posters, body pillows).INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I (the artist), retain all rights to my artwork. I also reserve the right to post all art on my social media. I will not provide a PSD or layered file. I have the right to put my signature on my work and choose its placement and size.REFUNDS
I only offer refunds in the event I cancel the commission. In that event, you will be given a full refund regardless of progress made.COMMUNICATION

Finished productif the client fails to respond to revisions approval from me for a period longer than 14 days, the commissioned work will be considered completed by both parties without need of refunds or further work.

Extra characters are not discounted. Two characters = 2x price, etc.Props, weapons, pets, are charged between 10-25% extra depending on estimated additional time spent.Complicated designs are charged between 15-30% extra depending on estimated additional time spent. Just because there are details in a character design does not necessarily mean it will take extra time, it really depends on the character and how their design fits into my workflow!REVISIONS
